The exhibition is an examination of the fulcrum of Kiesler’s experimental thought—his time spent teaching at Columbia University and the activities of his Design-Correlation laboratory. This body of work comprises the development of Kiesler’s theories and explorations of biotechniques and his Vision Machine studies.
Frederick Kiesler: Vision Machines is organized by guest curator Mark Wasiuta and developed with cooperation from the Austrian Frederick and Lillian Kiesler Private Foundation.
